Searching for Tyndale — Premiere
October 6 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The King James Bible Research Council invites you to the premiere of Searching for Tyndale, a new five-part documentary series exploring the life, work, and enduring influence of William Tyndale on the 500th anniversary of his New Testament.
Filmed on location across England, the series visits the churches, libraries, monuments, memorials, and surviving artifacts that preserve Tyndale’s story. It follows his journey from the English countryside to the centers of learning, power, persecution, and reform that shaped his mission to give the Scriptures to the English people.
The YouTube premiere will feature the first episode, “The Salt of the Earth.” This opening chapter travels through North Nibley and Oxford, visiting the Tyndale Monument, the Tyndale Window at Magdalen College, the Martyrs’ Memorial, and the Martyrs’ Cross on Broad Street.
Through these historic locations, the episode introduces the world in which Tyndale lived and the convictions that set him on a course that would transform the English language and influence generations of Bible readers.
Join us on October 6 as we begin the search for the man whose faith, scholarship, and sacrifice changed our world.
