Our Primary Goals

To do research on the King James Bible and other traditional texts.
To provide publications and media to promote the King James Bible.
To provide a Speakers Bureau for churches, colleges, schools.
To provide the person in the pew understandable, positive, clear information about the superiority of the King James Bible.

Why the King James Bible?

The battle over Bible versions rages on. However, I have settled that issue in my mind, based on the facts, many years ago. But, I know there are may people in the pews of our churches who still struggle with the Bible Version issue. I regularly get phone calls from people who have heard that I stand for the Received Text and the King James Bible. They ask me, “Why do you advocate the use of the King James Bible?” and/or “Isn’t this version or that version a good version?”

In a clear, concise and uncomplicated way, I want to explain to the Christian struggling with the version issue, why I came to the conclusion that the King James Bible is the best version available in the English language today.

Meet the Council Members

Dr. David Brown

Dr. David L. Brown is the president of the KJBRC and is the owner and curator of an extensive collection of rare Bibles and ancient artifacts. Dr. Brown has traveled extensively in his research and is author of The Indestructible Book.

Dr. Phil Stringer

Dr. Phil Stringer is the Vice-President of the KJBRC and a nationally respected author and lecturer on many topics. He is the author of many books including The History of the English Bible, Majestic Legacy, and The Real Story of King James.

Dr. David Sorenson

Dr. David Sorenson is a national authority on textual issues and has written extensively on the subject. His works include God’s Perfect Book, Touch Not the Unclean Thing, and Neither Oldest Nor Best.

Dr. Douglas Levesque

Dr. Douglas Levesque is the Founder and President of the Bible Nation Society and a board member of the Graceway Bible Society. His books include Surviving this Babylon, and the Confident Shepherd.

Dr. Randy King

Dr. Randy King pastored the Wyldewood Baptist Church in OshKosh, Wisconsin until 2013 he began to travel extensively speaking to churches. Dr. King has been an outspoken leader and defender of the use of the King James Bible.

Pastor Jared Longsine

Pastor Jared Longsine is Pastor of Administration at Wyldewood Baptist Church in Oshkosh, WI. He is Secretary of the KJBRC and serves on several ministry boards that promote, print and protect the KJB and TR.
